The Bureau of Custom Philippines target to implement the mandatory submission of air e-manifest this coming October 2014. The airlines, Consolidator/Forwarder are required to submit advance air manifest through VASP an hour before the aircraf arrives from the port of origin in asia and four hours before its arrival in other ports.
Airline and Consolidator may inquire to three BOC Accredited VASP the e-trade,e-konek and intercommerce for more information.
