STEP 1: Get the original copy of the Bill of lading (Airway Bill) from the Airline office, or in Document Handling unit of the airline.
STEP 2: Proceed to CASH DIVISION of the Bureau of Customs Ninoy Aquino International Airport Main Building and Buy BOC FORM 177 Gate pass / Entry Form for the amount of 325php. Then fill up the entry form.
STEP 3: Proceed to the Warehouse where your cargo is located then go to Custom Legal Division to notarized your document by the duty lawyer of the day.
STEP 4: Proceed to Customs Entry Processing Unit (EPU) to file your entry, (custom officer verify your entry for completeness of documents.)
STEP 5: Proceed to Custom Public Assistance Unit (PAU) the custom officer going to examine and appraise your goods if there's any duties and taxes to be paid.
STEP 6: Proceed to Custom Cash Division(Warehouse office) to pay duties and taxes if there's any.
STEP 7: Proceed to OLRS(On-line release system) OLRS officer will issue gate pass form.
STEP 8: Proceed to the warehouse billing section to pay storage charges.
STEP 9: Proceed to Custom Wharfinger Office.
STEP 10: Then present your documents to the gate keeper for final release of your cargo.
What to be paid.
- BOC Form 177 Gate pass / Entry Form - You can buy this at customs cash division for the amount of 325 pesos
- Duties and Taxes - Depends if your cargo is dutiable.
- Storage FEE - Depends how many days your cargo stored in the warehouse.
